Logan is an economical Renault group car sold under the Dacia brand in Europe and under the Renault brand in other markets. Originally intended for emerging markets, where the population has less purchasing power than in developed countries, it has since enjoyed an international career.
Rental conditions at COSMOS-CAR.
The driver : To rent at COSMOS-CAR, the driver designated in the contract must be over 21 years of age. He must also hold, for at least two years, a valid driver's license. This must be justified by original documents. If a second driver is required, he / she must be present at the time of departure and present the original driver's license as well as an identity card or passport. Only the drivers identified on the rental contract are authorized to drive the rented vehicle.
Duration of the hiring: The rental period is calculated for each 24-hour period, which can not be divided, from the time of making the vehicle available. The tenant agrees to return the vehicle to the lessor on the date stipulated in the lease contract, if you wish to keep it beyond this date it will be for you to request an extension to the renter.
Payment : The rental cost can be paid in cash. Our rates include unlimited mileage, lubricants and vehicle maintenance. Our rates are in Euros; Dirhams or dollars.
Delivery / Recovery: leaves you the choice of the place where you want to take or return the vehicle (Airport, Hotels, ... etc.). The driver is solely responsible for the offenses and contraventions of road traffic.
Insurance: The vehicles are insured all risks. However, for any damage other than theft of the vehicle, fire, breakage of ice, civil liability and transported persons, a deductible non-redeemable deductible remains the responsibility of the driver in the case where his partial or entire responsibility would be engaged. For any accident, a report is obligatory.
