Mechanical problem on the car:

- In the event of a mechanical breakdown, we undertake to replace the rental car with a new car of the same category at no charge to you and even the period of arrest of the car will be granted to you as an extension of the contract. sign.

People transported & luggage:

- The insurance contract concluded between Aido Car Casablanca and our insurer covers the car and five people on board. Any additional charge is not covered and therefore it is the responsibility of the renter of the car.

- The tenant is the only person in charge of the transported luggage, it is necessary to remember that it is forbidden to use the rental car in the transport of goods.

- Any baggage containing illegal content (narcotics & drugs) is forbidden. The tenant in this case is the sole responsible for the consequences.

Means of payment accepted:

- For your convenience, we advise you to pay for your rental by credit card approved by Aido Car.

- A security deposit is blocked on your credit card upon delivery of the car. This must imperatively be in the name of the tenant.

- The amount of the deposit is equal to that of the insurance deductible (usually 10% of the value of the car chosen for your stay).

- The settlement of the contractual amount of the rental will be required at the signing of the contract in cash, by check or bank card against signed and sealed receipt.

- In the case of the application of a promotional offer, the failure to respect the expected rental period on the day of delivery of the car, systematically resulted in billing at the prevailing public price depending on the season.

Litigation & non-compliance with the clauses of the rental agreement:

- In case of dispute, only the court of Casablanca is competent.

- The tenant agrees to return the car to its owner on the day of the expiry of the contract to the state mentioned on the check established on the day of delivery of the car.

- The owner of the car preserves the right of recovery of his property on the day of the expiry of the lease or the day of the finding of non-compliance with one of the contractual clauses.
